Binary package hint: update-manager

When the update-manager's time estimate is exactly one hour left, it has two spaces in the message "About 1 hour remaining" (after "hour").

This seems to only happen when the remaining is less than 3660 seconds and greater than 3540 seconds. Here's a simple way to test it:

There is also a double space between 'days' and 'minutes' when days > 0, hours = 0 and minutes = 0

I've attached a patch as another proposed fix for this and changed the status back to confirmed as the fix hasn't been committed to the main branch. This is still present in jaunty as of update manager 1:0.101.0
