Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Empathy message counter on the unity launcher remains after the application been closed.
See screenshot of launcher bar after empathy was closed.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Empathy
2) Minimize empathy
3) wait for a new message notification to show up on unity launcher
4) Right click on launcher and select Quit
5) Application will close but counter value will still be visible.

Presumebly this bug effects all launcher icons that are pinned to the launcher. When the application is closed, the icon should clear it's emblem.
