Bug Description

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Java is very outdated. We should not recommend this in a prominent place like this. Please lets remove this page, or update it to mention openjdk. (yes I did see the currently under review, but that was the state in Oct 2009 as well)

no wonder that every tries to install the sun-java6 packages ...

the good news this is all on the wiki and not on the system documentation. Trying to figure out exactly the best way to resolve this bug
