Bug Description

Binary package hint: devscripts

Now that ubuntu-dev-tools exists and is well established, Ubuntu-specific tools like requestsync should be moved there, rather than added to Debian packages like devscripts

  * Remove requestsync, and its manual page. (They have moved to
    ubuntu-dev-tools)
  * Remove the Python machinery in scripts/Makefile.
