Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

The orca screen reader reads the previously selected option of City menu in the timezone selection (Step 2).

1) The default options Region: America and City: New York
2) Select Asia from Region menu and City menu is updated.

However orca still reads this as 'Region: Asia City: New York'

Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, I can not reproduce this issue in the latest release that supports orca for installations, Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS. This appears to have been fixed. Could you please test this using the Ubuntu 10.04.1 desktop cd and if it is still valid, change the status above to "New" again? Thank you and please continue to report bugs you find.

Changed in ubiquity (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
