I just tested Ubuntu desktop 20080723 amd64, and Ubiquity crashed in clock-setup with a debconf error because the template netcfg/

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'set'
from the changelog entry in ubiquity bzr, I understand that this is the same as bug #251089.
