Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Most applications set the mouse pointer to be a little spinning wheel when starting up. Ubiquity doesn't seem to do this, and takes a while to start up. This means that I instinctively keep clicking on the install icon since it doesn't seem to have done anything.

This is actually very trivial to fix, patch attached.

Артём: I tried this and (at least with the GTK frontend) it didn't seem to send a notification that startup was complete, so the cursor got stuck in spinning-wheel mode.

Артём: that just tells the launcher that the app supports startup notification and will cuase the spinning wheel to spin until the app says it's ready; the second part isn't covered by your patch
