Please move gnome-control-center from Recommends to Suggests

Bug Description

Hi!

totem-gstreamer recommends gnome-control-center but this pulls in a whole load of GNOME packages in Xubuntu on a dist-upgrade for instance.

Could it be moved to Suggests instead?

What packaging tool do you use? Synaptic and apt don't install Recommends at the moment

I use aptitude. It looks like Jani decided to ship totem-xine instead. This one does not recommend gnome-control-center. I still think that it should be a Suggests in totem-gstreamer. Feel free to close this bug report if you do not agree.

Without gnome-control-center the multimedia keys will not work for example, not sure if that should be demoted to a Suggests
