Galician localization package installation causes crash with IMAP accounts

Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunderbird

When you install the thunderbird-locale-gl thunderbird crashes trying to fetch new messages with an IMAP account.

and the regional institution, that was collaboration with floss development, has released a new version of the galician translation xpi: http://www.mancomun.org/obteraxuda/detalle/nova/paquete-de-idioma-para-thunderbird-30/

Please include it at repo because the severity of this bug

This bug implies that you cannot use Thunderbird in galician. Or at least me.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. This bug was reported a long time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Does anyone still see a problem related to the one that was reported using currently supported versions of Thunderbird and Ubuntu? Please let us know if you do otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.
