themonospot file missing

Binary package hint: themonospot

Themonospot does not start, complaining about a missing file:
  StartUpError = Could not find file "/usr/lib/themonospot/languages/English.lf".

Afterlinking (ln -s) "english.lf" to "English.lf", it works ok.

TEST CASE:
1. install themonospot
  $ sudo apt-get install themonospot
2. from a terminal run the following command and note any error message displayed on the terminal:
  $ themonospot
Repeat step 1 and 2 for themonospot=0.7.3.1-4 and themonospot=0.7.3.1-4ubuntu0.1

VERIFICATION FAILED:
- Step 2 fails with the message
StartUpError = Could not find file "/usr/lib/themonospot/languages/English.lf".

VERIFICATION SUCCEEDED
- Step 2: The application is launched with success
