Bug Description
soundtouch had a pc file made by debian as it didn't have one. Upstream have since implemented one with a different name.
We have libSoundTouch.pc, upstream has soundtouch-1.0.pc
libSoundTouch.pc says Version: 1.2.1, when it is at version 1.3.0
