software-properties should offer field to insert PPA signed key

Bug Description
When you click on Add to add a new trusted apt key, a confirmation dialog should jump up and describe to you basically:
"Are you sure you want to trust $key to install software and deliver updates to your system? Doing so may blah blah blah."
It's a good place for a dialog. I'd also like to be able to launch this from the command line pointing to a GPG key file, for use from GAptI.

I rather see a field on software-properties to paste the PPA/repo key.
At least it will require user manual intervention and maintain a web of trust
