Bug Description

Binary package hint: seamonkey

seamonkey has no Help > Report Problem link which hooks into apport & gives plugins & stuff (like FF2 has ). Please look into it.

confirmed. someone needs to implement this. Should be pretty straight forward though. The code that does it for firefox is in ubufox.

I have seen the line "Dpkg/ErrorHandling.pm line 71" in your log. Could it be an issue related to the broken dpkg earlier this week?
