Bug Description

Binary package hint: quassel

After 0.5 rc 1, the Quassel developers decided to attack a number of usability bugs that impact U/I. These fixes should be ready for upload by Sunday 9/13. This should have no impact on docs since the final Kubuntu IRC client decision hasn't been made yet.
