I see. This was intended to be solved by kvm 1:79+dfsg-0ubuntu3, which FTBFS because of a typo (s/man1/man8/):
mv /build/ buildd/ kvm-79+ dfsg/debian/ tmp/usr/ share/man/ man1/qemu- nbd.8 /build/ buildd/ kvm-79+ dfsg/debian/ tmp/usr/ share/man/ man8/kvm- nbd.8 buildd/ kvm-79+ dfsg/debian/ tmp/usr/ share/man/ man1/qemu- nbd.8': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `/build/
make: *** [install] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: failure: /usr/bin/fakeroot debian/rules binary-arch gave error exit status 2
However, the qemu package ALSO needs to be updated to conflict with kvm (< 1:79+dfsg- 0ubuntu3) , so that the packages will be upgraded in the right order.
