Bug Description
Binary package hint: python2.5
armel has a set of bad dependencies in python2.5-dev due to building against python from Debian sid. The archive has been pinned so now things build against Ubuntu python, but to resolve this, a binary rebuild of python is necessary.

* No changed source rebuild for armel, which pulled in bad
