Bug Description

Binary package hint: pylint

Pylint is currently 0.13.2, released in 2007-06, but Gutsy is still using an older package. The newer series fixes and number of false positives and has better integration features.

At this point in the release cycle, this would need a Upstream Version Freeze Exception. Please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess (make sure you look in the Universe section of the page) for the required information.

Gutsy includes the latest version (0.13.2). This bug was fixed with the Debian auto-sync.
