infinite loop with namespaced struct variable declaration

"I ran into an infinite loop in pmccabe when parsing some source code I'm
working on. The smallest example that will cause the hang is this:

const struct a::x* foo;

I've attached a patch that fixes the problem, along with an automated test, and
have done a regression test both on my sources here and with scummvm. I also
ran it under valgrind and didn't see any new issues introduced."
