mnemonics do not work in Kubuntu Maverick with plasma-netbook

Bug Description
Binary package hint: plasma-
The mnemonics (alt + F) are currently not wokring on in Maverick on my netbook completely up to date.
As of an update tonight (8/29/2010 at 9pm EST) with a completely updated Maverick system I am still having problems iwth the mnemonics
According to dkpkg -l I have:
libqtgu4 4:4.7.0-
libdusmenu-qt2 0.6.0-0ubuntu1
plasma-
In several applications the ALT + F do not work, example: Konsole, or Kate... ALT + F + O to open etc

I assume you are running in button form factor. Does it work if you uncheck the option (Right click, Window Menubar Settings, General, Use Button Form Factor)?
