Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
How to reproduce:
* Write a heading with subscript letters, e.g. "The frequency ω_E" with subscript E
* Create a table of contents
What happens: * The entry in the table of contents doesn't have the E in subscript
What I expect: * The entry in the table shall have the E in subscript
Workaround: You can manually subscript all these letters in the table of contents, but when you update it, this is lost
