Bug Description

Binary package hint: oem-config

Tested:
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/daily/20080415/hardy-alternate-i386.iso
293213be257af3c81f0cc44a6cde28ff hardy-alternate-i386.iso

Installation succeeded, booted into Kubuntu desktop (1st boot) successfully. Following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/Cases/OEMInstall step 5, I installed the "audacious" package then clicked on the oem-config-prepare icon. When that completed, I rebooted.

The 2nd reboot yielded an error, that the OEM installer failed, did not start X (screen flashed a few times), and dropped to a root shell.

A debug tarball is attached, with the Xorg output, syslog, and the installer logs.
