Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

It's a small issue, really, but when I plug in my Option Icon 7.2 all my Mobile Broadband connections show up twice in the applet's menu, while the modem can only handle one GPRS/UMTS/HSDPA connection at a time.

No. Only the first entry (servicing /deb/ttyHS0) works.

The other entry (ttyHS1) does make the modem connect (according to the LED on the modem), but doesn't get an IP. I've tried several times (thinking of bug 282100, the symptoms are similar), but no luck connecting using the second entry in the drop-down box.
