Bug Description

Please sync neon26 0.26.4-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

The current version of neon26 FTBFS.

This sync corrects the FTBFS

  * Backport CVE-2009-2474 security fix from 0.28.6, based on Kees Cook's
    work (closes: #542926).
  * Update standards-version to 3.8.3, correct section of debug packages.

  [ Kumar Appaiah ]
  * Use pkg-config to check for gnutls. Regenerated configure file
    after modifying relevant macros, and added pkg-config to build
    dependencies. (Closes: #529840)
