Binary package hint: mkvtoolnix
After I upgraded to 2.5.1 this is what I get when using mkvtoolnix:
mmg
Error: The locale could not be set properly. Check the LANG, LC_ALL and LC_MESSAGES environment variables.
mkvextract tracks \_*.mkv

It seems that you are using a package provide by upstream. Ubuntu have only 2.4.1 and the report mention 2.5.1. Please report upstream your problem : https:/
