Bug Description

Please sync mkgmap 0.0.0+svn1067-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
This is the current stable version recommended by OpenStreetMap.

On test runs, I get Java Heap errors on the same map that used to work with svn630. Let's hold off on the sync for now.
