Bug Description

The recent upload of 7.8.1-3ubuntu1 to maverick included this change

http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-xorg/lib/mesa.git;a=commit;h=74a3b2aba5852cb18c47e5eed9349888cc9481f3

which hasn't been released in any Debian package yet.
This causes glx.h in mesa-common-dev to move from /usr/include/GL/ to /usr/include/. This causes packages requiring glx.h to FTBFS.

Example: libforms_1.0.93sp1-1.dsc

checking GL/glx.h usability... no
checking GL/glx.h presence... no
checking for GL/glx.h... no
