Bug Description
DKMS built modules require that the headers for all installed kernels be present.
This is not possible to represent in the control files of dkms itself, or dkms-built modules.
Per discussion with slangasek in IRC, it would make the most sense to have the linux-foo metapackage recommend linux-headers-foo, such that these are installed in most scenarios (but are left out if installed with --no-install-
