Freezes Kaffeine and Freezes Desktop May need to reboot system for kaffeine to connect device.

My system is
Linux dofmind-linux 3.8.0-35-generic #50-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 3 01:25:33 UTC 2013 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux
I tried attached patch from linux-kernel version 3.8 and this problem was removed.
