Bug Description

Please sync link-monitor-applet 3.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable

Current version of link-monitor-applet in Hardy, 2.1-2, breaks an upgrade from Gutsy (upgrade cannot be calculated), due to a Breaks from libeel2-2 on versions <= 2.1-2.

Link-monitor-applet 3.0-1 builds in a Hardy pbuilder, installs and runs fine. A host could be added to the applet and a graph was made.

Changelog diff, diffstat and buildlog are attached below.

Actually, libeel2-2 seems to be installed already, however apt still complain "it is not going to be installed" !?

Rebuilding either link-monitor-applet 2.1-2, or the link-monitor-applet 2.2 from Debian unstable, against current hardy gives me a broken applet (the one doesn't appear at all on the panel, the other crashes when I try to add hosts).

If this takes link-monitor-applet 3.0 for a proper fix, then someone needs to take responsibility for this update and also needs to request a Feature Freeze Exception from motu-release. Otherwise, it's probably better to drop the package from the archivefor hardy.
