libetpan-dev depends on libdb4.7-dev while libdb4.8-dev is current recommended version

Tried to install libetpan-dev on my lucid box.

# apt-get install libetpan-dev

This is because libdb4.8-dev replaced libdb4.7-dev for most purposes... I can't install libdb4.7-dev, as it would remove 4.8 and break a ton of other packages.
