Bug Description

Please sync libcsoap 1.1.0-16.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

The current version of libcsoap FTBFS
http://people.ubuntuwire.org/~wgrant/rebuild-ftbfs-test/test-rebuild-20090909-karmic.html
This sync will correct FTBFS

Changelog since current karmic version 1.1.0-16:

libcsoap (1.1.0-16.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS: change "automake" Build-Dependency to "automake1.10"
    (Closes: #543083)

Shouldn't debian/rulesbe changed to call automake1.11 instead since that's the current default ?
