Please sync libbtctl 0.9.0-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The delta is mainly a new release, which the Debian package now covers. Other than that it's an issue of a patch that we carry (01_fix_nautilus-sendto_crasher.patch) that I believe is no longer relevant as nautilus-sendto builds fine for me without it, and Debian choosing not to carry the .la file for libbtctl4-dev.

Changelog since current hardy version 0.9.0-0ubuntu1:

Did you check that nautilus-sendto worked correctly with bluetooth support enabled, or just that it builds correctly?

Blocked on Evan checking if the crash fix is still relevant (that's a runtime fix, not a build-time one).

Terribly sorry about that. I'm not sure how I managed to interpret "crasher" as fails to build, and I've been out on vacation since the 15th. I've since tested it by using Send To to attach a file to an Evolution email, which worked fine. However, perhaps I'm not doing enough to trigger the crash. Do you recall the exact circumstances that this would fail under?
