Bug Description
ubuntu 8.04
kvpnc 0.9.0 from 8.04 repo
kvpnc run from regular user simply shows msgbox "Must be run as root" and closes.
and running kvpnc like this allows user to execute any script he wants as root.
version 0.9.1-rc1 downoaded from http://
as can kvpnc from repo on 7.10
