Bug Description

Binary package hint: kipi-plugins

Upstream recommmends to package kipi-plugins 1.2.0 for lucid, also they will release these plugins alongside with digikam each release and so they suggests to package kipi and digikam together.

kipi-plugins 1.2.0 fixes several bugs, see

I tested kipi-plugins 1.2.0 with digikam and gwenview so far and I ran into no problems. A package is in staging ppa and installation went fine.

From the translations point of view, we cannot easily assess which
strings would be changed by this freeze break, so it might be useful to
add more information on the bug report about the need for the new
version and if it justifies breaking translations (if it does) to solve
e.g. a critical bug or usability issues.
