Bug Description
Binary package hint: khelpcenter4
[11:04] <ScottK-laptop> Riddell: Right. Should we use khelpcenter or stick with khelpcenter4?
[11:05] <Riddell> it's khelpcenter4 in Debian to make kdebase-runtime co-installable with kde 3
[11:05] <Riddell> my natural inclination is to keep as close to debian has possible
[11:06] <Riddell> so add a khelpcentre transitional package and keep khelpcentre4 as the real thing
