Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde4libs

This bug is already fixed in the 4.0 branch and trunk but didn't make it to 4.04.
Basically, form widgets are not rendered correctly because of a regression in q4.4. See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160518.

Should be fixed in 4.0.5. I can't test as I am on 4.1 beta 1 already.
