If I set US English as my language, measurement should be set as Imperial

Bug Description

I don't know if this actually a problem within System Settings or something else, but if I choose my Language as US - English, which should control my other "Region" settings, units of measurement should be in Imperial instead of Metric by default as that is what the US uses

Thanks,

Jonathan

I wonder if this is a KDE bug, I'll have to check with other KDE installs I have on file

Trying to figure out status on this. I know that if my Country/Region and Language is set to US it should convert the measurement to Imperial
