Bug Description
First of all, I'm not sure if Wine is supposed to have a lowercase 'w', and if it does, I'm sorry for the mistake.
If it isn't a mistake, here's what happened.
I just started with Kubuntu. I haven't started using Wine yet. I went to K Menu > System Settings > Advanced > Windows Applications. I clicked and it said "It appears that you do not have wine installed. wine can be used to run some programs designed for Windows. Would you like to install it?"
In both cases where it mentioned Wine, it was written 'wine' instead of 'Wine'.
I don't actually know if it is supposed to be like this.

According to the Wine homepage it's written "Wine", so your bug report is correct.
