Bug Description

I am running Kubuntu Hardy Heron:
bruce@Xenophon:~$ uname -a
Linux Xenophon 2.6.24-15-generic #1 SMP Mon Apr 7 16:37:53 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux
bruce@Xenophon:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 8.04
Release: 8.04
Codename: hardy
bruce@Xenophon:~$

k9copy appeared to have made a back-up without incident of a ~7.0 GB DVD and I closed the application normally. However, it failed to remove the ~4.4 GB of files in /tmp/kde-$USER/k9copy. I did not discover the problem for several days when I discovered a (near) disk-full condition in the root partition.
