Bug Description

Step:
1. Set the volume to maximum with no headphone plugged.
2. Set the volume to zero with headphone plugged.
3. Unplug the headphone.

Expected result:
* The notify-OSD should show the current volume level.

Actual result:
* In step 3, you will see that the notify-OSD shows the volume has been set to zero instead of maximum, vice versa when plugging the headsets.

I noticed the same problem and it's annoying me. I think it's because you show notification too soon. When the output is changed to headphones or speakers you send notification message and after that volume is set to right output. I delayed notifying process and it's working for me now.
