Bug Description

Binary package hint: gvfs

I can run "fusedav -D -u username -p password_here http://server.com/oneNet/NetStorage/Home@BP_TREE_NEW /home/greg/netstorage" - obviously that command is slightly adapted for privacy purposes, but you get the idea.

However I can't get the same WebDAV location to mount from within Nautilus.

No joy on Maverick either (I can get fusedav to work again).

I get the error popup below (I notice it appears to have stripped out the colon after the http, not sure if that's relevant):

Could not display "dav://username@http//netstor...t/NetStorage/Home@BP_TREE_NEW".

Error: HTTP Error: Not Imple

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.

This is still a bug in Oneiric - fusedav works, but Nautilus "Connect to Server" no longer returns an error, it just continually says "Connecting..."

The bug is old and Ubuntu changed quite a lot since, there has also been no activity here nor similar reports. Closing since we believe the issue as described is deprecated but feel free to file a new report if you still have problems in recent Ubuntu versions.
