Maybe your pbuilder is out of date? Look at the top of your build-log:

And I've just built in in the Karmic PPA and it succeeded on all three arches. (Same debdiff, just lowered the version number cause it's ppa, just in case).

I have a hook that updates my pbuilder before it runs, somehow I managed to disable it.
