Thanks for your report. FF3 doesn't need to be in production quality state; Ubuntu 8.04 is still under development, and so is FF3. Default inclusion will allow wider testing. If you need a working browser, you can use FF2 in a stable release. Please report any bugs that you encounter with FF3.
