Bug Description

Binary package hint: emesene

Emesene Libnotify plugin use actions without check server capabilities. This make problems with Notify OSD that show a fallback message instead notification bubble.

With this patch, default action (click on notification) is set only if notification server support it.

in emesene-crazy there's a (new) plugin based on new jaunty notifications,
so..... :)

  * Change build-dep on python2.5 to python and add --install-layout=deb to
    the install rule for Python 2.6 transition
  * Add check_notifications.patch to check if the current notification
    system supports actions (LP: #345660)
