Please sync dillo 0.8.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The current Debian version implemented Ubuntu change.

Changelog since current hardy version 0.8.6-1ubuntu1:

dillo (0.8.6-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Fixed a problem with unpatch related to config.{sub,guess}. Fix based
    on patches sent in by Bart Martens and Nicolas Valcarcel (thanks, guys!)
    (Closes: #457961, #457394).
  * Fixed spelling error in debian/NEWS.
  * Added fields to .desktop: Categories, GenericName, MimeType, and [lt]
    translations as suggested by Mantas Kriauciunas (thanks!).
