Patch Installs
packages build and installs fine
Tested with PostgreSQL 8.3 and the errors gone
Tested with mysql 5.0.51-3ubuntu2 no problems

all on ubuntu hardy

Looking at the debdiff:
- why the linewrapping to Build-Depends?
- the move of adduser from Depends to Pre-Depends isn't documented in the recent changelog
