Please merge conquest 8.3-1 from Debian unstable

conquest (8.3-1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable; remaining changes:
    - conqsvr42.c/gcputime: Changed CLK_TCK to CLOCKS_PER_SEC, fixes FTBFS
    - Modify Maintainer to match the DebianMaintainerField Spec.

The package from debian builds fine without any modification, so it can be synced.
