Same here:
- Lucid in a VM (VirtualBox 3.1.6 - Windows XP host)
- Compiz enabled
- CompizConfig Settings Manager installed
The only work around I found is to enable the Screenshot function in CompizConfig Settings Manager.
Then your able to take screenshot by pressing SUPER and using the mouse to mark the screen area you want to picture.
By default the screenshot will be saved on the desktop.
