Bug Description
Binary package hint: bzr-builddeb
builddeb should raise a python exception when the .run() method is called and there are uncommited changes to the working tree.
Currently, if a user attempts to build a package from a working tree with uncommited changes, an error message is printed to stdout.
If a script imports bzr-builddeb and calls the run() method itself and there are uncommited changes to the working tree, bzr-builddeb exits silently.

Hi,
I am marking this bug as Invalid, as this rule is no longer enforced.
If there are other problems that are not reported as python exceptions I would
be happy to fix it, and as I work I will try to ensure that I make sure I do this.
Thanks,
James
