Hi,
Thanks for your contribution. I don't think it's worth maintaining this delta over Debian since we currently get the package unmodified and therefore will have to manually merge it each time it gets updated there.
bsdgames is QA maintained though so you should be able to get it updated into Debian and file a sync then.
